With a BBA in Real Estate and Management from RICS School of Built Environment (2016) and an MBA in Family Business from SP Jain School of Global Management, Mumbai (2017), Vinayak brings a strong educational foundation to his role. However, his real learning began much earlier, spending summer breaks on construction sites with his father, fostering a deep understanding of the industry. A determined leader, he's driven to take the family legacy to new heights. As a skilled problem-solver and achiever, he sets ambitious targets and works tirelessly with his team to accomplish them. His long-term vision is to establish the company's presence in major Northern Indian cities, expanding beyond the National Capital Region.
